Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.virgunashop.com ("Site") or purchasing products, you agree to:

  • These Terms & Conditions

  • Our Privacy Policy, Shipment Policy, and Accessibility Statement

  • Indonesia’s Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999) and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE)

2. Definitions

  • "Preloved Watch": Authentic pre-owned luxury timepiece, professionally inspected.

  • "Boutique": STC Senayan Lt.2 No.24

3. Account Registration

To purchase, you must:

  • Be ≥21 years old

  • Provide accurate details (name, ID, address)

  • Secure your password (you bear liability for unauthorized activities)

4. Product Conditions

  • All watches are preloved and may show minor wear (detailed in product descriptions).

  • Authenticity Guarantee: Each watch is verified by Swiss-trained experts.

  • Serial Numbers: Altered/removed serial numbers void warranty.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices in IDR (inclusive of 11% VAT for Indonesian customers).

  • Payment methods: Bank transfer (BCA/Mandiri), credit card (Visa/Master), or e-wallet (OVO/Gopay).

  • Note: Bank transfer delays >24hrs may cancel orders.

6. Order Process

  1. Order confirmation via email

  2. Authentication hold: 1-2 business days for verification

  3. Shipping (see Shipment Policy)

  4. Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

✅ Accepted Within 7 Days If:

  • Watch is inauthentic (proven by authorized service center)

  • Significant undisclosed damage

  • Wrong item shipped

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor cosmetic flaws (disclosed in listing)

  • Strap resizing

Process:

  1. Notify returns@virgunashop.com + evidence

  2. Return via insured shipping

  3. Refund within 14 business days

8. Warranty

  • 12-month warranty covers:

    • Movement malfunctions

    • Water damage (if rated waterproof)

  • Excludes:

    • Battery replacement

    • Damage from misuse/accidents

    • Straps/crystals

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, images, text) is owned by Virguna Shop.

  • Luxury brand names/trademarks are used descriptively under fair use.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Resell Virguna listings on third-party platforms

  • Use bots/scrapers to extract data

  • Submit fraudulent authentication claims

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability = purchase price of watch.

  • Not liable for:

    • Customs delays/duties (international orders)

    • Minor inaccuracies in vintage product descriptions

    • Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters)

12. Dispute Resolution

  1. Negotiation: Email legal@virgunashop.com

  2. Mediation: Through Jakarta’s BPSK (Consumer Dispute Agency)

  3. Governing Law: Indonesian courts (South Jakarta District Court)

13. Changes to Terms

We may update terms; continued use = acceptance. Major changes notified via email.

What to include in the T&C document
